This role focuses on reducing manual effort across the RMF lifecycle by integrating security tooling, continuous monitoring data, and workflow platforms to support accelerated authorization timelines while maintaining federal cybersecurity standards. </li></ul><h3>Position Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Design and implement integrations between cybersecurity tools, GRC platforms, and workflow systems </li><li>Automate the ingestion of security data and evidence into RMF artifacts and repositories </li><li>Conduct complex risk assessments, analyze network data, and design effective security solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Knowledge of Software-Defined Wide AreaNetwork (SD-WAN), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), andZero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) to provide secure remote access for users and devices.</li><li>SIEM, SOAR, MFA, PAM, Azure and AWS are highly desirable. </li><li>Experience with troubleshooting and securing a wide range of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. </li><li>Strong understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks, such as FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST SP 800-53</li><li>Support integration of continuous monitoring data to enable ongoing authorization </li><li>Collaborate with RMF, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and tool owners to define integration requirements </li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations and data flows </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across tools and platforms </li><li>Identify opportunities to standardize and reuse integrations across systems </li><li>Support testing, validation, and deployment of integrated cybersecurity solutions </li></ul><h3>Position Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Experience with scripting or automation languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.) </li><li>CCIE &/or CCNP highly prefrable </li><li>Proficiency with APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (REST, JSON, XML) </li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevSecOps environments preferred </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (as required) </li><li>United States citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance is required </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field </li><li>5+ years of experience integrating cybersecurity or enterprise IT tools in federal environments </li><li>Strong understanding of NIST RMF (SP 800-37), SP 800-53, and continuous monitoring concepts </li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
