About This Role
NTT DATA is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will architect and deploy high-performance remote desktop solutions, evaluate and recommend technologies, and design and implement GPU-accelerated environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields, preferably Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics areas
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise remote desktop environments
- Hands-on expertise with Citrix, RDP, HP Anyware (Teradici PCoIP), Mechdyne TGX, or similar high-performance remoting solutions
- Solid knowledge of GPU virtualization technologies (NVIDIA GRID, AMD vGPU) and performance tuning
- Deep understanding of low-latency networking, WAN optimization, and bandwidth management
- Experience supporting multi-monitor, high-resolution (4K and above) desktop environments
- Strong background in IT security, including MFA, Active Directory, and Zero Trust architectures
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services environments
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive, performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a nearshore, fully remote setup
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
