• Soporte a aplicaciones en producción
• Troubleshooting y resolución de incidentes
• Monitoreo y análisis de KPIs
• Documentación y mantenimiento
• Soporte 24x7 (on-call)

Requisitos:

• Ingles avanzado C1 -C2
• Más de 5 años de experiencia.
• Experiencia en Oracle Communications (BRM, Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, Order Management)
• Experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones, troubleshooting, monitoreo y análisis de KPIs
• Conocimiento en Linux/Unix
