.NET Backend Developer

<h3>This is a remote position.</h3><div>We are looking for an experienced . NET Backend Developer to join a long-term delivery stream supporting a large-scale, international cloud-based solution. The role focuses on building and extending core backend services responsible for complex business workflows, calculations, reporting logic, and audit traceability in mature, production-critical environments.<br><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain backend services using . NET and C# in a modular, service-oriented architecture</li><li>Build and support REST APIs for complex business processes and data-driven workflows</li><li>Implement business logic related to calculations, validation, reporting, and audit readiness</li><li>Integrate backend services with frontend applications and AI-enabled components</li><li>Work with Azure cloud services to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions</li><li>Design and optimise data access layers using relational databases</li><li>Ensure high coglobalde quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices</li><li>Collaborate with analysts to translate functional and regulatory requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Support monitoring, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting in cloud environments</li><li>Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous platform improvement</li></ul><br><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Strong commercial experience with .
