We are building the next-generation sim racing experience from the ground up and looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer in a production environment
  • Strong experience building backend systems in Go
  • Strong experience working with relational databases
  • Strong understanding of system reliability, performance optimization, and debugging
  • Experience designing and operating distributed or microservice-based systems
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful or RPC-based APIs
  • Experience running services in cloud environments
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Experience with collaborative Git-based workflows
  • Clear and thoughtful communication skills in English
