Senior Full Stack Engineer

Full-time / Contractor

Role Purpose

Lead the architecture and development of a scalable web application using a modern TypeScript-first stack. This role owns technical direction, ensures best practices, and mentors the frontend team while actively contributing across frontend and backend layers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead application architecture and technical decisions.

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure clean API and UI integration.

  • Implement core frontend features using React when required.

  • Conduct code reviews and enforce quality, performance, and security standards.

  • Work closely with QA to identify, triage, and resolve defects.

  • Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions.


Requirements

Core Technical Requirements

  • Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript (production-grade).

  • Solid experience with React and modern frontend ecosystems.

  • Experience designing scalable architectures and APIs.

  • Familiarity with modern tooling (Vite, PNPM, Turborepo).

  • Strong understanding of testing strategies and CI/CD workflows.

Nice-to-Have / Adjacent Skills

  • Experience with TanStack Query, Zustand, and Zod.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud deployments.

  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

Seniority Level

  • Senior

  • 5+ years of experience.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capability.

English level:C1+ (client-ready).
