Enterprise Risk Management is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst - Technology to serve as the technical
backbone of our ERM program. This role bridges strategic risk management with hands-on technical
capability, owning the design, build, and operation of our ERM technology platform, risk dashboards,
survey applications, and KRI monitoring frameworks.
You'll work at the intersection of risk intelligence and enterprise technology, translating complex
technical signals into actionable insights for P5 leadership and the Board. This position is critical to
scaling ERM's capabilities as ServiceNow continues to innovate with AI, expand platform capabilities,
• Lead design and implementation of ERM survey application for risk perception and sentiment
• Manage ServiceNow IRM platform configuration, workflows, and optimization for ERM use
• Build and maintain automated workflows for risk data collection and integration
• Partner with IT and IRM product teams on platform enhancements and capabilities
• Provide technical support for emerging risk monitoring tools and applications
• Design and build executive ERM dashboard with real-time risk monitoring capabilities
• Develop data models to support KRI tracking, trend analysis, and predictive risk insights
• Partner with BI/analytics teams to automate data ingestion from enterprise sources
