Team Lead IT Operations & Maintenance

Specialized Experience; One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to work as the technical lead for IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) within a hybrid environment, seamlessly integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft Azure. Oversees the administration of both on-premises and Azure services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Servers, Storage Accounts, Network Security Groups (NSG), Active Directory Domain Services, and Group Policy. Provides technical oversight for cloud and on-prem infrastructure, covering aspects such as system administration, compute, storage, networking, backup, and disaster recovery. In addition, all applicants qualifying based on experience must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

This position is located in Bureau of Information Services, Infrastructure Services, IT Operations & Maintenance. The incumbent will lead and direct the workload of the team.
