You will combine people leadership, technical direction, and cross-functional collaboration to drive platform excellence—balancing roadmap delivery with operational stability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of data platform engineers—supporting technical growth, career progression, and performance.
Create a culture of ownership, quality, and operational excellence (e.g., postmortems, SLO discipline, and proactive improvements).
Provide timely feedback, remove blockers, and help the team deliver with high impact and predictability.
2) Own the Data Platform Roadmap & Execution
Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap aligned with company priorities and partner needs.
Drive platform evolution across architecture, tooling, and developer experience—reducing complexity and technical debt.
Establish clear goals, success metrics, and service-level objectives (SLOs) for platform capabilities.
