This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, system design, and engineering excellence across AI-driven platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of products and platform features
- Design scalable backend, frontend, and AI-driven system architectures
- Actively contribute to hands-on coding (Python, FastAPI) and critical feature development
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Manage and mentor a team of up to 5 engineers
- Break down product requirements into technical tasks and execution plans
- Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and cloud-native deployments
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and business stakeholders
- Promote adoption of AI, LLM pipelines, and automation in engineering workflows
Required Experience & Skills
