NET, Java, or similar)</li><li>Build responsive and efficient front-end applications using modern frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, React, or similar)</li><li>Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures</li><li>Act as an <b>active contributor in software development projects</b>, delivering high-quality code and features</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a <b>global Agile environment (US, India, Costa Rica)</b></li><li>Take ownership of assigned features and ensure timely and high-quality delivery</li><li>Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data modeling</li><li>Participate in CI/CD processes and contribute to system automation and quality improvements</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and propose effective solutions to technical challenges</li></ul></div><h3>Impact You'll Make:</h3><div><h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in software development</li><li>Strong backend development experience using <b>.
