Senior IT Engineer – Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Genesys empowers organizations to improve loyalty and business outcomes by creating the best experiences for their customers and employees. We are seeking a skilled Senior IAM Engineer to join our global Identity and Access Management team.

Requirements

• Administer, configure, and support IAM platforms including Okta and Active Directory.
• Execute IAM operational activities such as user provisioning/deprovisioning, access changes, access reviews, and authentication workflows.
• Support and improve Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and automation.
• Implement and maintain role-based access controls and entitlement models.
• Monitor IAM systems and access events; investigate issues and escalate risks as needed.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, HR, and application teams to deliver IAM solutions.
