parachutes.work is a job aggregation service that collects and displays job listings from various public sources. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any job listing
• Employ you or act as an employment agency
• Have any relationship with the employers whose jobs are listed
• Guarantee that any job listing is still available or accepting applications

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically access the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Use the Service to spam or harass employers

4. Job Listing Accuracy

Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources and displayed as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but we cannot guarantee:

• That jobs are still available when you view them
• The accuracy of salary estimates (especially AI-generated estimates)
• The accuracy of location, company, or other job details
• That clicking "Apply" will successfully submit an application

5. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, features, and original content are owned by parachutes.work. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers and job boards from which it was sourced.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PARACHUTES.WORK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
